The food on your plate has come from the ground under your feet. The flowers from the meadows and woodlands. You’ll eat on a table made of wood from our family farm.
An evening to really celebrate the incredible individuals who work so hard to ensure that we have delicious, sustainable and ethically produced food to enjoy.
We'll be dining in the long-table style, so an opportunity to meet a few new folk.
BYOB- we will provide glassware, ice and opening paraphernalia!

I grew up in a small holding family, raising a number of rare breeds, and always had a passion for being outside in the dirt, looking after animals and working with my hands. My mother cooked for us every single night, and as a family of six, the act of cooking and eating together is always the main event when we are together now.
I threw myself into the kitchen at a young age, before going on to study at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, all the while continuing to work in small, family run restaurants. These days, I am working in Edinburgh at 27 Elliot’s as the head chef, a role that has reignited my passion for Scottish produce.
