    Summer Sounds Outdoor Yoga Nidra

    with Helen Meadows

Restorative Yoga Nidra uses a short sequence of restorative Yoga poses and deep breathing to prepare for a laying-down, peaceful guided meditation amongst the sounds and aromas of the grassland farm. Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice, intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Unwind your nervous system with this peaceful and restorative 60 min class.

If the weather is not in our favour, we will meet in the Granary. Gently lit with evening light through the roof windows it’s an incredibly restful and calm space.

After the Yoga Nidra session, we will all come together to enjoy some homegrown tisanes, and a little treat - a chance to chat to your fellow yogis and wake up a little before you head home.

Please bring you own mat (we have only a couple of spares at the farm). Wear clothes that you can move comfortably in, plus extra layers for the laying-down bit. Cosy socks welcome!
