Guardswell Farm is a 150-acre grassland farm on a hillside between Abernyte and Kinnaird, Perthshire. We have been the guardians of this secluded hillside haven since 2011. Since then, we have handbuilt and restored a series of design-led huts, houses and rural event spaces and established our own small farm which includes a regenerative market garden, cider orchard and our much-loved animals. We are a family-run business welcoming those who wish to immerse themselves in simple and bygone ways.
Guardswell accommodation is for the modern-world escapees seeking a secret getaway in the countryside. Our shared spaces and events allow you to spend time with family and friends, connect with passionate local producers and creatives and enjoy nature-based experiences.
