DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

If you have any questions regarding your order, or the delivery of your order, then please contact hello@guardswell.co.uk. UK deliveries are priced individually, unless otherwise stated to be exempt, and will be dispatched within 1-3 days of the order being placed.

Vouchers, or items marked exempt from delivery, are digital. We will contact you for personalisation and email them to you once finished. Please be aware that no vouchers will be posted to you.

All of our events and workshops are ticketless- therefore, no tickets will be posted out to you.

Your parcel should then arrive within 3-5 days of order.

If you live in a particularly remote location, delivery times may be a little longer.

European shipping is dispatched within 1-3 days, however, may take up to 14 days to reach its destination. Please contact us with regards to non European shipping.

Payment is taken through SagePay, where all major credit and debit cards can be used to complete the transaction.

Some items may require a signature upon receipt.

Please check your Junk Mail box for any confirmations that do not appear in your regular mail box.

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace or refund any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. 

You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty.

Please be aware that the product is your responsibility until we have received it- therefore we recommend that you used a signed for service/tracked service. We will inform you that we have the item back in our possession and if we approve your refund, it will be processed within 2 weeks and returned to you via the original payment method.
