Guardswell is a 180 acre grassland farm, with panoramic views to kill.
Situated in between the picturesque Perthshire villages of Abernyte and Kinnaird, Guardswell is within 1.5hrs of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh, with both Dundee and Perth a 15 minute drive away.
Rolling grass fields, ancient woodlands, wildflower bankings, happily grazing sheep, free range chickens, newly planted hedgerows, hilltop huts, honking donkeys and an overflowing vegetable garden.

Breakfast
Join us for Breakfast in the Granary from 8.30am-10am, £10 per head. Drop us a note if you’d like to add this on. A simple farm breakfast of homemade granola, yoghurt and homemade compote, sourdough toast, Guardswell boiled eggs, preserves, tea and coffee + Diggers Apple Juice.
