OPEN FIELDS | TEAM DAYS
We have been sitting on something rather exciting; Our Open Fields Team Day package. A chance for you and your team to ground into all that the earth can teach. To share knowledge, food and of course, bucket loads of fresh air. Good for the brain, soul and for sprouting new ideas.
We bring this offering to you in a Guardswell Farm way - earthy, off-beat and soft. You won’t find any Powerpoints or packet biscuits here ! Expect digging up soil, running bare foot through the grass, inspecting an insect - your chair may be a log, a table the ground and jargon is banned. Just bring your boots and your curiosity.
We are lucky to be working with a wonderful range of facilitators to host workshops from foraging, cheese making, leatherwork, queer ecology, yoga, outdoor lifestyle coaching, felted rug workshops and many many more.
The great thing about our Open Field Team Days is you can jump feet first into all that is Guardswell or take essence, but make it what you will - we have a pulled together some example days from the Flexible Farmer, focusing on getting your team moving and mindful; to the Wild at Heart, throwing your team onto the hillside for discovery and learning from the earth with a focus on foraging.
You also have the option to mix and match workshops and pair things back as much as you want to fit your team's needs. We will disclose the wifi password and there are plenty of wonderful spaces to host indoor gatherings, meetings or discussions.
We of course haven't forgotten the food (that is pretty much all we think about here at the farm). We are working with Harris from Eastfield and Ballingtargget (along with many other seasonal, local chefs) to offer you some delicious, ingredient led lunches and snacks.
Also, it goes without saying that we have lots of options to extend your stay in one of our huts or houses.
So, come and join us on our lesser trodden track and make tracks (or simply be) with your team at Guardswell Farm.
