GUARDSWELL WEDDING COORDINATOR

This is the first time we’ve looked for someone to specifically care for our wedding couples- up to now, it has always been a part of an extended role. You’ll be there to answer their questions, and a reassuring presence on their set up days and the wedding day itself- and to think of what they need, before they know they need it.

Someone who knows the space inside out, and can think fast on their feet! This person is passionate about pulling off a truly spectacular event, both in the run up to the day, and the day itself.

This is a fully immersive wedding role- and the opportunity to really get to know our wedding couples. Weddings at Guardswell have a strong emphasis on sustainability- so the role also requires you to be the champion of this- really pushing it forward, and ensuring couples and suppliers alike are on board.

STEADING, EVENTS + BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

This is an events role for a go-getting, creative, energetic individual. Someone who cant stop their brain from coming up with new ideas, someone who can see the detail in an event from its conception. It melds creativity with extreme organisation- you’ve got to be able to think 20 steps ahead, and make sure the rest of the team know whats going on.

A bit of an existing role, mashed together with an exciting new one! This role is three fold- Steading Manager (responsible for the care, running and safety of the Steading space), Events (sale, organisation and operation of our commercial events in the Steading), and Business Development but specifically in helping come up with an awesome new look at away days for businesses on the farm.

For both roles- individuals with event experience would be welcomed- however, in a general sense- the individual, and their level of passion, is more important than their experience- so if you think you'd be right for either role, please dont hesitate.
