EOLACH SEASONAL DINNER

Friday 18th July | 17.30 to 22.00

Join Eolach, hosted at Guardswell in a celebration of seasonal and foraged foods. Expect a three-course meal, inspired by the scottish landscapes, earthy flavours and the joys of long-table dining. Soften into slow-dining, the contemporary-rustic nature of Guardswells Steading, soak up the views of the Carse of Gowrie and chat the night away. 

The outline of the dinner is coming shortly (so watch this space). In the nature of seasonal cooking and foraging, the menu may be adapted to reflect availability. 

A  delicious selection of natural wines and pairing cocktails will be available to purchase. 

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available . We will be collecting dietary preferences and requirements upon booking.

Doors open at 17.30 and sitting for dinner will be 19.00.

Eòlach is a creative catering company originating in the Highlands of Scotland and serving the Isle of Skye, London and beyond. Inspired by wild flavors and communal eating, their food journey began over campfires and evolved into secret supper clubs.

The core focus of Eòlach is to honor the ingredients and provide delicious, nourishing, and memorable food. This philosophy of prioritising produce, patrons, and place reflects the shared values of chef Verity and host, Jenny.

Verity, a skilled chef raised in Glenelg, Scotland, where the mountains meet the sea, brings her expertise in foraging for wild fruits, herbal leaves, mushrooms, and sea greens to craft exceptional dishes. Her culinary style emphasises seasonality, unique preparation methods, and beautiful presentation.
