GUARDSWELL PRODUCE COOKERY WORKSHOP WITH EASTFIELD

From our overflowing Guardswell Grows field, to our slow home reared Hebridean hogget, and the wild store cupboard that is the meadows and woodlands of the Farm. Guardswell provides a bounty of food- and we’d love to share it with you.

We’ll walk the farm picking produce, learn how to butcher a half hebridean carcass, then learn how to create a feast from our own farm produce.

We’ll start the day with a coffee and chat in the Steading, followed by a walk, then head to the kitchen to get cooking. A little pause to eat a delicious lunch, then back to kitchen for a final flurry of making to ensure you have some delicious bits to take home with you, as well as some recipes.

This is a 5 hour workshop, lunch + glass of wine, plus recipes and some goodies to take away with you.

After the workshop, you are more than welcome to spend a little time wondering around the farm- whether thats sitting and taking in the view, or taking a hike up to the boat.

We may also have a little accommodation available on the farm- if you’d like to make a weekend of it.
